- 必要时，利用工具 (A) 或冲头以及手锤在耐磨衬套 (1) 内冲出三个或更多小孔。

- 必要时，利用工具 (A) 拆下耐磨衬套 (1) 。
- 使用工具 (A) 或者冲头和锤子在曲轴前油封 (2) 上冲出不少于三个的孔。
- 使用工具 (A) 拆下曲轴前油封 (2) 。
安装步骤

保持所有零件清洁无杂质。 杂质会造成快速磨损和缩短部件寿命。 |
- 在安装曲轴前密封和承磨衬套之前，请检查曲轴有无划痕。 此外，请检查曲轴表面是否有无可能引起失圆状况的变形。 使用抛光布以清除曲轴上的瑕疵。
注: 在安装曲轴前密封和承磨衬套的过程中，请勿使用任何类型的润滑剂。
- 清洁曲轴外径。
- 利用工具 (C) 将工具 (B) 固定到曲轴上。

- 将耐磨衬套 (2) 和曲轴前密封 (1) 作为一体安装到工具 (B) 上。 将工具 (E) 安装到工具 (B) 上。 润滑工具 (D) 上的垫圈表面。 将工具 (D) 安装到工具 (B) 上。
注: 把曲轴前密封安装到发动机中，并使指示曲轴转动方向的箭头指向发动机前方。
- 拧紧工具 (D) ，直到工具 (E) 接触到工具 (B) 。
- 将工具 (D) 和工具 (E) 从工具 (B) 上拆下。
- 将工具 (C) 和工具 (B) 从曲轴上拆下。
End By: 安装减振器和皮带轮。
