Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.


Note: Tooling (A) provides a means for draining the engine oil from the engine oil filter housing. Tooling (A) is used in order to remove the engine oil filter elements from the engine oil filter housing.

  1. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter- Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

  2. Remove bolts (1) , covers (2), and O-ring seals.

  3. Remove engine oil filter elements (3).

Installation Procedure


NOTICE

  1. Install engine oil filter elements (3) in the reverse order of removal.
