- C18 (S/N: C6C1-UP; G4C1-UP; STD1-UP; NKK1-UP; STM1-UP; M1Z1-UP)
Description of Change: The new heat shield groups are used in order to increase the service life of the valve cover gaskets.
Adaptable To: The new 275-3979 Heat Shield Gp is adaptable back to first production on the C15 Engines listed above.
The new 384-1818 Heat Shield Gp is adaptable back to first production on the C18 Engines listed above.
This change is effective for the serial numbers listed in Table 1.
