热的冷却液、蒸汽和碱会造成人身伤害。

在工作温度下,发动机冷却液是热的而且处在压力下。 散热器和所有到加热器的管路或发动机中都有热的冷却液或蒸汽。 与它们的任何接触都会造成严重烫伤。

只有当发动机停机且散热器盖已经冷却到可以徒手触摸时,再慢慢拆下过滤器盖以释放压力。

冷却系统调节器含碱。 应避免它与皮肤和眼睛接触。


建议的措施

注: 下面以概率的先后顺序列出了这些步骤。 按所列测试步骤中的顺序完成这些步骤。

1. 检查有无喷油器套筒泄漏和/或密封损坏

A. 拆下气门机构盖。

B. 从缸盖上拆下喷油器。

注:测试期间,请勿让冷却系统上的压力超过
103 kPa (15 psi)。 施加过高压力可能会导致冷却系统损坏。

C. 加压冷却系统,以确定泄漏的喷油器套筒。 近距离检查各喷油器套筒顶部周围的密封接合处。
泄漏的喷油器套筒上会滴下少量冷却液。

注:冷却液也有可能污染燃油系统。 发动机停机后,冷却系统中的压力可能会导致冷却液转移到燃油系统中。 检查燃油箱有无冷却液。 如有必要,获取燃油分析以确定燃油是否被污染。 冷却液污染燃油系统可能导致喷油器和其它燃油系统部件损坏。 确保所有的燃油系统部件修理良好之后,再将发动机重新投入使用。
   

喷油器套筒或密封损坏    
结果:喷油器套筒泄漏。

修理:拆下泄漏的喷油器套筒。 仔细检查套筒是否损坏。 如果喷油器套筒上有可见的损坏迹象,更换套筒。 更换喷油器套筒的密封并重新安装套筒。 更换任何损坏的部件。
确认修理后故障得到排除。

注:冷却液也有可能污染燃油系统。 发动机停机后,冷却系统中的压力可能会导致冷却液转移到燃油系统中。 检查燃油箱有无冷却液。 如有必要,获取燃油分析以确定燃油是否被污染。 冷却液污染燃油系统可能导致喷油器和其它燃油系统部件损坏。 确保所有的燃油系统部件修理良好之后,再将发动机重新投入使用。

如果气缸中充满油液,请不要盘动发动机。 否则可导致发动机严重损坏。

排空所有气缸中的油液后再尝试起动发动机。
