Description of Change: The new manifold and mounting hardware has an improved retention which increases the service life of the turbocharger gasket.
Adaptable To: The new 396-2298 Exhaust Manifold replaces the previous 263-8511 Exhaust Manifold on the serial numbers listed above. Refer to Table 1 for the parts that are used with the new manifold.
Tighten the new 375-2467 Flange Locknuts in an "X" pattern to a torque of ... 70 ± 5 N·m (52 ± 4lb ft)
