Ripper Control Valve - Disassemble

Usage:

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the ripper control valve.

  1. Remove eight bolts (1) and four housings (2) from the valve body.

    Note: There will be slight spring pressure when housings (2) are removed.

  1. Remove four O-ring seals (3) from housings (2) .

  1. Remove two valve assemblies (4) from the valve body.

  1. Remove bolt (5), two washers (6), retainer (7), spring (8) and retainer (7) from valve stem (9) .

  1. Remove two plugs (10) and the valve assemblies that are located behind the plugs from the valve body.

  1. Remove O-ring seal (13) from plug (10). Remove spring (12) from valve (11) .

  1. Remove plug (14) and the valve assembly that is located behind the plug from the valve body.

  1. Remove O-ring seal (17) from plug (14). Remove spring (16) from valve (15) .

  1. Remove four bolts (18) and cover (19). Remove the O-ring seal from the cover (19) .
