Installation Procedure

1. Check the condition of all the O-ring seals in the hose assemblies and tube assemblies that are connected to the bulldozer quick-drop valve. If any of the seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

2. Position bulldozer quick-drop valve (4) on the cylinder. Install bolts (5). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 160 ± 6 N·m (120 ± 4 lb ft).

3. Connect tube assembly (6) to the bulldozer quick-drop valve. Tighten the bolts that hold tube assembly (6) to a torque of 80 ± 4 N·m (60 ± 3 lb ft).

4. Connect oil lines (3) to the bulldozer quick-drop valve.

5. Install lamp assembly (1) and bolts (2) .

Note: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for all fluid capacities and the proper filling procedures.
