Assembly Procedure

1. Clean all the parts and inspect all the parts. Make a replacement of the parts that are worn or damaged. Put clean hydraulic oil on the valve parts that move.

2. Put sleeve (5) in position in bulldozer quick-drop valve (4) .

3. Put the washer and spring (1) in position in plunger (2) .

4. Put valve (3) and plunger (2) in position in bulldozer quick-drop valve (4) .

5. Put the O-ring seals in position on manifold (6) .

6. Install the manifold on bulldozer quick-drop valve (4). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 80 ± 4 N·m (60 ± 3 lb ft).

End By: Install the bulldozer quick-drop valve.
