Note: All bores must be free of paint. Coat all bores for pins with lubricant.

(1) Lubricate the sealing lip slightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(2) Two 153-1728 Sleeve Bearings

Outside diameter ... 154.270 ± 0.013 mm (6.0736 ± .0005 inch)

Inside diameter ... 130.32 + 0.10 - 0.0 mm (5.130 + .004 - .00 inch)

Install the bearing in the bearing bore. ... 9.5 ± 0.8 mm (.37 ± .03 inch)

(3) 121-8702 Pin Assembly

Diameter after plating ... 99.850 ± 0.040 mm (3.9311 ± .0016 inch)

Minimum thickness for plating ... 0.005 mm (.0002 inch)

Diameter of Bore for pin ... 100.043 ± 0.043 mm (3.9387 ± .0017 inch)

(4) Use the necessary shims to adjust the lateral clearance.

Maximum clearance ... 1.0 mm (.04 inch)

Two 093-0090 Shims ... 1.0 mm (.04 inch)

093-0122 Shim ... 2.0 mm (.08 inch)

133-2427 Shim ... 0.5 mm (.02 inch)

(5) Two 148-3090 Sleeve Bearings

Outside diameter ... 140.26 ± 0.013 mm (5.5220 ± 0.0005 inch)

Inside diameter ... 130.37 ± 0.05 mm (5.133 ± 0.002 inch)

Install the bearing in the bearing bore. ... 9.5 ± 0.8 mm (.37 ± .03 inch)

(6) Two 4I-6897 Sleeve Bearings

Outside diameter ... 95.180 ± 0.013 mm (3.7472 ± .0005 inch)

Inside diameter ... 80.250 ± 0.020 mm (3.1594 ± .0008 inch)

Install the bearing in the bearing bore. ... 7.5 ± 0.8 mm (.30 ± .03 inch)

(7) 149-9470 Pin Assembly

Diameter after plating ... 129.85 ± 0.04 mm (5.112 ± .002 inch)

Minimum thickness for plating ... 0.005 mm (.0002 inch)
