Note: All bores must be free of paint. Coat all bores for pins with lubricant.

(4) Use shims to adjust the lateral clearance. Mount the steel shim on the boom side.

(6) Lubricate the sealing lip slightly with the lubricant that is being sealed. Install the dust seal so that the lip faces to the outside. Refer to the detail. Install the seal so that the seal does not extend beyond the face of the boss.
