Gas Pressure Regulator - Disassemble

Usage:

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the gas pressure regulator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gas Pressure Regulator - Remove".


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

  1. Remove the bolts and fitting (1).

  2. Remove O-ring seal (2) and orifice (3).

  3. Remove the bolts that hold the gas pressure regulator together.

  4. Remove cover assembly (4), seat (5), spring (6), seat (7), and diaphragm (8) from housing (9).

  5. Remove the screws, the pin, lever (10), stem assembly (11), and holder (12).

  6. Remove bolt (13), heads (14), the head gasket and the pusher post from diaphragm (15).

  7. Remove cap (16) and the gasket from cover assembly (4).

  8. Remove screw (17).
