Hydraulic System Oil - Change
Note: Make sure that you use clean hydraulic oil. Clean hydraulic oil will extend component life. Clean hydraulic oil will make sure that the machine performance is maximum.

- Remove the hydraulic oil filler cap.
- Remove the hydraulic oil filler strainer.
- Wash the hydraulic cap in a clean, nonflammable solvent.
- Wash the hydraulic strainer in a clean, nonflammable solvent.
- Open the access door on the right side of the machine.

- Remove the drain cap from the remote drain hose.

- Allow the oil to completely drain.
- Clean the drain cap.
Note: The hydraulic tank contains 57 L (15 US gal) of hydraulic oil. Drain the oil in a suitable container. You should dispose of the used oil according to local regulations.
- Install the drain cap.
- Change the hydraulic oil filter.
- Close the access door.
- Fill the hydraulic tank with clean, filtered hydraulic oil.
- Clean the cap for the hydraulic oil tank.
- Install the cap for the hydraulic oil tank.
- Check the hydraulic oil level when the oil is warm. The oil level should be between the high mark and the low mark on the sight gauge.
