8T-0855 Pressure Gauge     | 1     |
Note: The 8T-0855 Pressure Gauge is a part of the 4C-4893 Fittings Gp .
Note: The counterbalance valves cannot be tested on the machine or adjusted on the machine. The circuit is designed in order to provide auxiliary pressure and the readings will reflect the same.

(1) Counterbalance Valve (Right) (2) Counterbalance Valve (Left) (3) Port "RS" (4) Port "B" |
- Assemble the 8T-0855 Pressure Gauge with the proper fittings from 4C-4893 Fittings Gp .
- Remove counterbalance valve (1) and counterbalance valve (2) from the auxiliary manifold.
- Mark each valve before testing. Counterbalance valve (1) is "Port RS". Counterbalance valve (2) is "Port B".
- Bench test the counterbalance valves.
- Pressures should read:
- Counterbalance valve (1) "Port RS" 17930 kPa (2600 psi).
- Counterbalance valve (2) "Port B" 17930 kPa (2600 psi).
- Counterbalance valve (1) "Port RS" 17930 kPa (2600 psi).
- If the pressures are not correct, bench set the valves.
- Repeat the test procedure.
- If the pressures are still not within these limits, replace the valves.
