Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the differential and the bevel gear. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Differential and Bevel Gear - Remove".

1. Remove bolts (1). Remove top half (2) of the case assembly.

2. Remove thrust washer (3) and gear (4).

3. Remove spider gear assembly (5).

4. Remove thrust washers (9), pinion gears (8) and sleeve bearings (7) from spider (6).
