Usage:
NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3195" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3195" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Dealers will not need to order parts for this Program.
Action Required
1. Remove camshaft side covers (3512: RH - #5, LH - #8; 3516: RH - #7, LH - #10.
2. Retorque 2 camshaft segment bolts on each camshaft to 55 ± 7 N·m. (Mark the head of each bolt retorqued with a yellow or white paint pen).
3. Rotate the crankshaft about turn so next two bolts on each camshaft can be torqued.
4. Repeat step 3 until all bolts are torqued and marked.
5. Reinstall camshaft covers and torque bolts to 47 N·m.
