Usage:
At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the fill plug only when the engine is stopped, and when the fill plug is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. |
NOTE: Identify all hydraulic lines as they are removed for installation purposes. Cap and plug all lines and fittings to prevent any contaminants from entering the hydraulic system.
1. Remove all hydraulic lines (1) to the valve.
2. Remove the wires to the coil on the solenoid valve.
3. Remove the bolts holding the valve to the frame and remove the valve.
NOTE: To install the anti-lope valve, reverse the removal steps.
Disassemble And Assemble Anti-lope Valve
Start By:
a. remove anti-lope valve
1. Remove nut (1), spacer (2), coil (3) and solenoid (4).
2. Remove O-ring (7) from solenoid (4).
3. Remove relief valves (5).
4. Remove check valves (6).
NOTE: To assemble the anti-lope valve, reverse the disassembly steps.
