Usage:
At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the fill plug only when the engine is stopped, and when the fill plug is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. |
NOTE: Identify all hydraulic lines as they are removed for installation purposes. Cap and plug all lines and fittings to prevent any contaminants from entering the hydraulic system.
1. Remove the hydraulic lines from the brake valve (Located under the operator's seat). Remove the bolts securing the valve and remove the valve.
2. Remove accumulator (4). Remove seal (5). Remove plugs (3).
3. Remove valves (11). Remove the coils from the valves. Remove O-ring (9), back-up ring (8) and seal (10) from the valves.
4. Remove relief valve (1). Remove seals (2) from the relief valve.
5. Remove check valve (6). Remove seals (7) from the check valve.
NOTE: To assemble the brake valve, reverse the disassembly steps.
