Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the seat.

1. Attach Tooling (A) and an air supply to the hydraulic oil tank. Apply 345 ± 70 kPa (50 ± 10 psi) to Tooling (A).

2. Remove bolts (1) and plate (2).

3. Remove bolts (3) and plate (4).

4. Disconnect hose assemblies (5), hose assemblies (6), and harness assemblies (7).

5. Disconnect harness assembly (8).

6. Disconnect harness assembly (9).

7. Remove bolts (10) from each side of the operator console. Pull hose assemblies (5) and (6) through the floor of the cab. Hose assemblies (5) and (6) were disconnected in Step 4.

8. Pull harness assemblies (7) and (8) through the floor of the cab. Harness assemblies (7) and (8) were disconnected in Steps 4 and 5.

9. Remove bolts (12), bolts (13), and operator console (11).

Installation Procedure

1. Install operator console (11) in the reverse order of removal.
