Power Shift Pressure - Calibrate
简介

机器准备
- 将机器停放在水平地面上。
- 停止发动机。
- 释放液压系统压力。 请参阅测试和调整, "系统压力 - 释放".
- 将一个 3447 kPa (500 psi) 压力传感器连接到动力换档压力测压口 (1) 上。

标定步骤
监视器步骤
- 起动发动机。
- 将液压油温度提高至 55°± 5°C (131°± 9°F)。
- 进入 "Service(维修)"菜单。
- 输入维修密码 "9992"。
- 选择 "Calibration(标定)"菜单。
- 选择 "Power Shift Pressure(动力换档压力)"。
- 遵循屏幕上的说明来完成标定步骤。
- 如果标定成功且没有错误发生,则显示屏将指示标定完成。
注: 如果出现错误,监视器上将显示 "Error(错误)"。 标定流程将不会保存,并且流程必须重新开始。
ET 步骤
- 起动发动机。
- 将液压油温度提高至 55°± 5°C (131°± 9°F)。
- 选择"机器控制装置"的 ECM。
- 从 "Service(维修)"菜单中选择 "Calibrations(标定)"。
- 选择 "PRV - Power Shift Pressure(PRV - 动力换档压力)"并点击 "Start(开始)"按钮。
- 遵循屏幕上的说明来完成标定步骤。 点击 "Next(下一步)"按钮,以继续下一步骤。
- 如果标定成功且没有错误发生,则显示屏将指示标定完成。 点击完成按钮,退出或转至下一标定。
注: 如果标定失败,将不保存标定。 点击 "Restart(重新开始)"按钮,尝试再次标定,或点击 "Finish(完成)"完成按钮,退出或转至下一标定。
