Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the flywheel housing.

1. Remove bolts (1). Remove plate (2). Remove gear (3).

2. Remove bearing (4).
   Show/hide table

3. Remove bolts (5). Remove shaft assembly (6).
   Show/hide table

4. Remove bolts (7). Remove gear (8) from the crankshaft.

Installation Procedure

1. Install gear (8) onto the crankshaft. Install bolts (7).
   Show/hide table

2. Install shaft assembly (6). Install bolts (5).
   Show/hide table

3. Use Tooling (A) to install bearing (4).
   Show/hide table

   Note: Ensure the timing marks on gears (8) and (3) are aligned.

4. Install gear (3). Install plate (2). Install bolts (1).
