ReferenceRefer to Special Instructions, REHS4218, "Procedure to Improve the Ability to Hold the Pin for the Linkage of the Apron In Place" on the 621G and the 627G Wheel Tractor-Scraper for the proper procedures that are needed in order to update your machine.

Description of Change: Improvements have been made to the apron. The new pin, retainers, plates, and hardware are now used. The new pin, retainers, plates, and hardware will hold the pin better than the former parts. The new pin, retainers, plates, and hardware will provide a more durable structure which will better withstand the stress of the operation. This will improve the service life of the pin joint.

Adaptable To: The 199-0632 Apron has been improved. This improvement will prevent the pin retainer bolts from failing. The improved 307-3835 Pin As is the service replacement for former 5J-1449 Pin As. The new 321-2955 Retainer has been added in order to hold the 307-3835 Pin As in place. The 320-6140 Plate is the service replacement for the former 3G-6055 Plate. The 8T-4184 Bolts and the 8T-4223 Hard Washers are the service replacement for the former 7X-0365 Bolts and 8T-4994 Hard Washers .

The new parts are a direct replacement for the following machines.
