Transmission Electronic Control Module - Remove and Install

Usage:

621G ALP

Removal Procedure

  1. Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Lower the scraper bowl to the ground and engage the parking brake. Chock the wheels in order to prevent the machine from moving.

  1. Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

  1. Remove cover (1) from the machine.

    Underneath operator compartment

  1. Lower cover (2) from the machine.

  1. The electronic control module for the transmission is located on the opposite side of bracket (3) .

  1. Disconnect two electrical connections (4) from electronic control module (6) .

  1. Remove four bolts (5) from bracket (3) in order to remove electronic control module (6) .

Installation Procedure

  1. Use bolts (5) in order to attach electronic control module (6) to bracket (3).

  1. Connect electrical connections (4) to electronic control module (6) .

  1. Attach cover (2) to the machine.
