Use Shorter Lubrication Periods Under Severe Operating Conditions{7500}
Usage:
In the front of the Maintenance Guides, the FOREWORD has the paragraph, "Under extremely severe, dusty or wet operating conditions, more frequent lubrication than is specified in the "Lubrication and Maintenance Chart" may be necessary."
This note also has application to conditions like extreme loads, high speeds, high number of cycles, etc. An example of this is a truck body that is put in the "raised" position more than the normal number of times. This high frequency of operation will need a shorter lubrication period for the mounting bearings.
