7155 Semiautomatic Transmissions
Description of Change: A tube has been added to the transmission control group for 7155 Semiautomatic Transmissions.
The tube is used in the pressure regulator. It is installed inside the seals in an air passage. See the illustration. The tube will prevent movement of the seals, and the air leaks which are the result.
Formerly, no tube was used. Movement of the seals permitted air leakage from the No. 4 and the No. 6 breathers. (Identification of the breathers begins with No. 1 at the front of the transmission.)
Adaptable To: The 9N4122 Tube is adaptable to all 7155 Semiautomatic Transmissions.
Installation of the tube in the pressure regulator.
