Use 6V4172 Injector Sleeve When You Clean Fuel Injectors{0622,1250}
Usage:
3500 Series Engines
The 6V4172 Injector Sleeve is now available to close the fuel ports in the unit injectors for the above engines. Since solvent and an air hose are normally used to clean the outside of the injector, open fuel ports can cause problems. The new sleeve keeps the inside of the injector free from dirt and/or foreign material during this procedure.
To install the 6V4172 Injector Sleeve, remove the injector from the cylinder head and fit the sleeve over the O-rings on the injector.
