Problem

Certain 9X4578, 9X4580, 9X4582, 9X4584, 9X4586, 9X4588, and 9X4590 Seal Assemblies need to be removed from parts stock.

Action Required

Remove all 9X4578, 9X4580, 9X4582, 9X4584, 9X4586, 9X4588, and 9X4590 Seal Assemblies from part stock with a date code between July 1, 1992 and March 22, 1993 (07-01-92 through 03-22-93) that do NOT have the letters QA stamped after the date code on the outside edge of the nylon lip. See the illustration below for location of the date code.

Service Claim Allowances

Submit one claim for all 9X4578, 9X4580, 9X4582, 9X4584, 9X4586, 9X4588, and 9X4590 Seal Assemblies removed from parts stock.
