"Overspeed" - The "overspeed" output latches to the ON position when the engine speed exceeds a maximum speed that is calculated. The overspeed occurs at 113% of the rated engine speed. The output is latched until the engine is at 0 RPM and the reset input is energized.
"Crank terminate" - The output for "crank terminate" is ON when the engine speed exceeds 170 RPM. The output remains ON until the engine has reached 0 RPM and 2 seconds have passed.
"Crank terminate plus time delay" - Output 2 energizes after crank terminate speed plus time delay. The output stays energized until the output for crank terminate speed de-energizes. The amount of time after crank terminate speed is defined by the user. The amount of time is based on the settings of the jumper cable on input 5 and input 6.
"Oil step" - The "oil step" output is ON when the engine speed exceeds a calculated speed plus a nine second delay. The RPM for the oil step is 75% of the rated speed. The output will stay ON until the engine speed drops to the value that is calculated plus a hysteresis constant.
