Item  Qty  Part  Specification Description
All joints of the link assembly must have flexibility even with a measurable end play of zero. Flexibility is the ability for movement from the weight of the link assembly.
Use the following procedure to tighten the track bolts:
1. Tighten the track bolts to 700 ± 40 N·m (553 ± 30 lb ft).
2. Tighten the bolts to an extra 120 ± 5 degrees.
The maximum assembly force for the link assembly is 725 kN (162987 lb)
The assembly force for the master pin is 420 kN (94420 lb)
Protrusion for the master bushing is 0.00 ± 0.25 mm (0.000 ± 0.010 inch)
Distance between the bolt holes is 190.00 ± 0.37 mm (7.480 ± 0.015 inch)
Distance between the bolt holes is 140.00 ± 0.37 mm (5.512 ± 0.015 inch)
Protrusion for each end of the standard bushing 4.70 ± 0.25 mm (0.185 ± 0.010 inch)
Protrusion at one end of the standard pin 2.00 ± 0.70 mm (0.079 ± 0.028 inch)
Protrusion at one end of the standard master pin 2.00 ± 0.25 mm (0.079 ± 0.010 inch)
