(1) Apply Loctite 270 to the threads of the 32 bolts before assembly.
Torque on the 32 bolts ... 270 ± 40 N·m (199 ± 30 lb ft)
(2) Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of the six bolts that secure the lock plate to the swivel.
