This sequence of three dashes (" - - - ") is displayed on the conveyor ECM three digit display when no diagnostic codes exist for the burner system.
Note: The flash code that indicates no diagnostic codes exist for the burner system is 22 (two flashes, pause, two flashes).
The causes of this diagnostic sequence appearing on the display are:
- No diagnostic codes for the burner system are active.
- All logged diagnostic codes have been cleared.
System Response:
The results of this diagnostic code are:
- Burner diagnostic lamp will be OFF.
- The machine will operate normally
Test Step 1. Check For Diagnostic Codes On The Conveyor ECM Display
- Turn the key start switch to the ON position.
- Access Burner Service Mode 3 on the conveyor ECM.
Expected Result:
The three digit display on the conveyor ECM is showing " - - - ".
Results:
- YES - The three digit display on the conveyor ECM display is showing " - - - ".
Repair: No diagnostic codes exist for the burner system at this time. Resume machine operation.
Stop.
- NO - The three digit display on the conveyor ECM is showing a diagnostic code.
Repair: Refer to the "Diagnostic Code List" module in this manual in order to determine what the displayed code is for.
Stop.
