Service Magazine SEPD0764, 20 December 2004, "New Hardware Improves the Service Life of the O-ring Seals in the Torque Converter". The quantity of 254-6118 Clamp As has been updated. Replace the article with the following information.

Description of Change: New hardware improves the service life of the O-ring seals. The new hardware eliminates the relative motion between the torque converter manifolds and the sleeve. New manifolds are required for the new hardware.

Adaptable To: The new hardware is a direct replacement for the existing 192-1018 Sleeve (A), two 3H-2652 O-Ring Seals, 192-1017 Manifold, and 156-4266 Manifold. The new hardware is effective with (S/N: 5ST00203-UP) Torque Converter and adaptable to all earlier torque converters.

Note: All of the new hardware must be used together as a group.
