Usage:
Start By:
a. remove rocker shaft assemblies
1. Install Tool (A) into unit injector sleeve (1).
2. Remove the unit injector sleeve.
3. Remove washer (2) and O-ring seals (3) from unit injector sleeve (1).
NOTE: Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the remainder of the unit injector sleeves.
NOTE: The following steps are for the installation of the unit injector sleeves.

Before starting installation, make sure the unit injector sleeves and the cylinder head bore for the unit injector sleeves are completely clean and free of oil, dirt and sealant debris. |
4. Install O-ring seals (3) and washer (2) on unit injector sleeve (1). Lubricate the O-ring seals and the unit injector sleeve bore lightly with clean engine oil.
NOTE: Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the threads of the unit injector sleeve before assembly.
5. Put unit injector sleeve (1) in position in the cylinder head. Use Tool (A) to tighten unit injector sleeve (1) to a torque of 100 ± 2 N·m (75 ± 1 lb ft).
