Usage:

(6)Engine Crankcase

------ WARNING! ------

Use caution when draining the oil or changing the filters. Hot oil or components can cause burns if they contact skin.

------WARNING!--------

The engine must be stopped and the oil warm.

1. Remove the dirt and debris from each oil filter housing.
2. Remove the oil filter housing drain plugs.

3. Remove the oil cooler drain plug.

4. Remove the crankcase drain valve plug.

5. Open the crankcase drain valve and drain the oil.

6. Loosen each filter housing mounting bolt.
7. Remove each housing and element.

8. Remove the element from each housing.

9. Remove the O-ring gaskets from each filter base. Be sure to remove all of the old gasket.

10. Clean the filter base housing.
11. Install all new O-ring gaskets.
12. Clean the filters housings in clean nonflammable solvent.
13. Install new elements in the housings.
14. Install the housings.
15. Install the filter drain plugs.
16. Install the crankcase drain plug.
17. Close the crankcase drain valve.
18. Fill the crankcase to the FULL mark on the dipstick. Refer to REFILL CAPACITIES chart.
19. Start the engine and check for leaks.
20. Check the oil level. Level should be to FULL mark on ENGINE RUNNING side of dipstick.
21. Stop engine. If necessary, add oil to bring oil to proper level.
