ROPS Instruction Film Available Through Parts Service{7177,7405}

Usage:

A 159-3759 ROPS Instruction Film (No Drill/No Weld) is available through parts service. The ROPS instruction film is a decal that should be applied to a visible area within the operators station of machines equipped with ROPS. The purpose of the ROPS instruction film is to inform that nothing should be attached to the ROPS without first referring to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the applicable machine. The Operation and Maintenance Manual recommends that anyone who wishes to secure an attachment or make a modification to the ROPS should consult their Caterpillar Dealer. The Caterpillar Dealer will have access to the Special Instruction, SEHS6929; "Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair of Rollover Protective Structures (ROPS) and Attachment Installation Guidelines".
