Description of Change: Certain RAYCOR fuel filter group component parts are now serviceable. The 3J-1907 Seal-O-Ring, 4P-7383 Gasket, 111-0716 Element and 3B-9069 Drain Cock are now available through normal distribution channels.
The RAYCOR fuel filter group should be serviced every 500 hours or as required when fuel filter bowl is full of water. Open drain cock to drain water from the fuel filter collection bowl into an approved container. Close drain cock when all water has been drained from the fuel filter collection bowl. Refer to the following Illustration for additional information.
Adaptable To: Effective with 776D (5ER), 784B (5RK) Tractors; 771D (6JR), 775D (6KR) Quarry Trucks; 769D (5TR), 773D (7ER), 777D (3PR), 777D (2YW), 785B (6HK), 785C (5AZ), 789B (7EK), 793C (4AR) Off-Highway Trucks equipped with 1Q-6949, 143-2248, 3Z-5164, 1Q-6730, 3Z-5327 or 155-7330 Fuel Filter Group. Adaptable to earlier models.
