NOTE: This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS0698" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use " Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
NOTE: This Revised Service Letter replaces the October 4, 1993 Service Letter. Changes have been made to the Mail Codes and Termination Date.

The 0980717 Sprocket on the rotor drive assembly on certain RR-250 Reclaimers and SS-250 Soil Stabilizers may break loose from the shaft.

Action Required
Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, KEBR1234, pg 34.
1. Remove the master link from the upper drive rotor chain.
2. Disassemble the drive axle shaft assembly.
3. Remove the existing sprocket from the drive rotor assembly.
4. Install a new 0980717 Sprocket on the drive rotor assembly.
5. Complete assembly of the machine.
