The problem that is identified below does not have a known permanent solution. Until a permanent solution is known, use the solution that is identified below.

Problem

The 452-9595 Radiator Gp is experiencing coolant leakage around the radiator gaskets on XQC1600 power modules.

Do not operate or work on this product unless you have read and understood the instruction and warnings in the relevant Operation and Maintenance Manuals and relevant service literature. 1. Remove center braces (1) to access fastening hardware.

2. Tighten all radiator M8 nuts on the radiator to 41 ± 7 N·m (30 ± 5 lb ft) using the sequence shown in Illustration 2 (start at center and work outwards). Use a back-up wrench. Tighten nuts while radiator core is in a vertical position.

   Note: It is only required to tighten M8 nuts where gaskets are used in the joint.
