New Cylinder Block Has More Material Around Liner Seat Area

Description of Change: A new cylinder block, used in block assemblies for the above models, has more material around the liner seat area. The increased thickness of materal gives more strength in this area to prevent possible distortion under high stresses. Distortion can cause small leaks of coolant around the liner seat, and the result is erosion (corrosion) of the seat.
Adaptable As: Direct replacement. Former cylinder blocks are canceled.
