Air Control Valve - Remove and Install

Usage:

C13 XQ375 X3F

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove panel (1) and panel (2).

  2. Remove clamps (3), clamps (6), hose (4), and hose (5).

  3. Disconnect harness assembly (7).

  4. Remove pressure sensor (8).

  5. Remove bolts (9), bolts (11), and air control valve assembly (10).

  6. Remove bolts (14). Remove outlet elbow (15) and inlet elbow (13) from air control valve (12). Remove and discard seals.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install air control valve (12 ) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Tighten pressure sensor (8) to a torque of 10 ± 2 N·m (89 ± 18 lb in)
