以下程序概述了在机器上执行任何焊接前需要执行的步骤。

------ DANGER! ------

在机器工作中和发动机停机后的短时间内,动力传动系电驱动系统中将包含危险电压水平。

在发动机运行中,不要拆下将使通电的高电压电气部件露出的任何盖板。

以下部件任何形式的保养只能在动力传动系电气系统维修断电程序完成后进行:

  • 变频器柜内的高电压腔室

  • 包含电驱动牵引马达的后桥壳体

  • 发电机

  • 减速电阻器栅极、栅极鼓风机马达和栅极系统电缆

  • 励磁磁场调节器

  • 高电压电缆和连接外壳

不遵从这些说明会造成人身伤亡。



注意

为了防止部件损坏,必须将动力传动系高电压系统短接到机柜接地,才能在卡车上执行焊接。


注: 用户负责提供跨接导线配件和制作跨接导线。 所有跨接导线必须利用典型 12 线规导线和适当夹子组装而成。

需要通过正确的焊接工艺来避免电子控制装置损坏。 在带有电子控制装置的任何机器或发动机上执行焊接时,应遵循以下步骤。

  1. 把机器停放在水平地面上并停止发动机 。 确保换挡操纵杆处于 P 位置。

  2. 通过执行断电和放电程序使机器做好准备。 关于正确的机器准备程序,请参阅操作和保养手册, "断电和放电"。

  3. 将蓄电池断路开关移到 OFF(断开)位置。 这是机器的维修或存储位置。

  4. 打开变频器柜前面减速接触器腔室 (A) 的盖。

  5. 通过一条跨接导线连接直流电源母线正极 "DCP" 电缆连接 (AA)、直流电源母线负极 "DCN" 电缆连接 (AB) 和减速接触器腔室右侧的接地凸台 (AC)。

  6. 将焊机接地电缆直接连接到待焊接实际机器的构件上。 使此卡箍尽量靠近焊缝,以降低焊接电流损坏传动系轴承、液压部件、电气部件或其他机器部件的可能性。


    注意

    不要利用电气部件(ECM 传感器)或电子部件接地点进行焊机接地。


  7. 防止线束受到碎屑或焊接飞溅的影响。

  8. 采用标准焊接步骤将物料焊接在一起。 机器现在为焊接准备继续。 关于焊接方面的更多信息,请参阅专门说明书, REHS1841, "通用焊接程序"。

  9. 焊接完成后,从减速接触器腔室中拆下跨接导线并关好腔室盖。
