Fuel Filter Base - Remove and Install
- Turn the fuel supply to the “OFF” position.

Illustration 1 g02166736 - Remove sensors (1) and (2) from fuel filter base (4). Remove fuel filters (3).
- Install fuel filter base (4) in reverse order of removal.
- Tighten fuel filter (3) to a torque of
35 ± 3 N·m (26 ± 2 lb ft) . - Tighten fuel temperature sensor (1) to a torque of
20 ± 3 N·m (177 ± 26 lb in) . - Tighten fuel pressure sensor (2) to a torque of
10 ± 2 N·m (88 ± 17 lb in) .
- Tighten fuel filter (3) to a torque of
