Fuses and Circuit Breakers - Replace/Reset

Usage:

D10R 3KR

Fuses - Fuses protect the electrical system from damage that is caused by overloaded electrical circuits. Replace a fuse if the element separates. If the fuse of a particular electrical system requires frequent replacement, check the electrical circuit. Repair the electrical circuit, if necessary. The fuse panel is positioned in the operator's compartment behind the access cover. This access cover is under the left side of the dashboard.


NOTICE

Replace the fuses with the same type and size only. Otherwise, electrical damage can result.

If it is necessary to replace fuses frequently, an electrical problem may exist. Contact your Caterpillar dealer

Circuit Breaker Reset - Push the button inward in order to reset the circuit breakers. If the circuit breaker reset is working properly, the button will stay depressed. If the button does not stay depressed, check the appropriate electrical circuit.
