- 将止推片 (2) 从凸轮轴 (3) 上拆下。
注: 除非齿轮 (1) 或止推片 (2) 损坏，否则无需拆下凸轮轴齿轮。
注: 检查凸轮轴槽的半圆键有无磨损或损坏。
注: 检查止推片 (2) 有无磨损或损坏。

- 将止推片 (2) 安装到凸轮轴 (3) 上。

注: 在安装过程中，确保凸轮轴 (3) 洁净，并使用洁净的发动机机油润滑所有部件。
- 在加热炉内将凸轮轴齿轮 (1) 加热到大约 100 °C (212 °F) 的温度后将凸轮轴齿轮 (1) 安装到凸轮轴 (3) 上。
注: 加热凸轮轴齿轮的目的是便于凸轮轴齿轮的安装。
注: 确保凸轮轴齿轮上的正时标记在前面。
