  2. Install the drill pipe.

  3. Set to drill mode.

  4. Fully retract the deck wrench cylinder.

  5. Check deck wrench cylinder position sensor duty cycle percentage in Cat ET.

    1. Tolerance range:

      1. MD6200 (11.45 percent to 13.88 percent)

      2. MD6250 (11.45 percent to 13.88 percent)

      3. MD6310 (11.30 percent to 13.16 percent)

  6. Fully extend the deck wrench cylinder.

  7. Release the deck wrench cylinder control.

  8. Record check wrench cylinder position sensor duty cycle percentage in Cat ET.

    1. Tolerance range:

      1. MD6200 (84.13 percent to 88.98 percent)

      2. MD6250 (84.13 percent to 88.98 percent)

      3. MD6310 (85.98 percent to 89.70 percent)
