Description Of Change: The washers were changed to provide better inside diameter (ID) fit on the bolts.
The 039-8557 Washer has a smaller ID and will not fit on the shoulder bolts. The 574-4265 Hard Washer has a better fit with improved ID diameter and tolerance for the shoulder bolts.
