Problem
Air Conditioning tubes on certain machines are rubbing and wearing causing leakage and failure.
Solution
Do not operate or work on this product unless you have read and understood the instruction and warnings in the relevant Operation and Maintenance Manuals and relevant service literature. Failure to follow the instructions or heed the warnings could result in injury or death. Proper care is your responsibility. |

- Face mask/respirator

Procedure
- Remove existing Air Conditioning tubes and hardware.
- Cut bulk insulation down one side.

Illustration 2 g06359359 - Use insulation (3). Wrap the insulation around the tube (1), overlapping the insulation covering the second and third bends from the bottom of tube (1). Use two cable straps (9) to secure to the tube.
Note: Warning the insulation is made of fiber glass and should only be handled with proper PPE.

- Use insulation (4). Wrap the insulation around the tube (2), overlapping the insulation covering the second bend from the bottom of tube (2). Use two cable straps (9) to secure to the tube.
