(1) Ring gear
(2) Flywheel
(3) Pilot bearing bore
Install ring gear (1) on the flywheel with chamfer side (4), as shown.
Note: Do not heat the ring gear to more than 320° C (608° F) before the ring gear is installed on the flywheel.
(5) Torque for the flywheel bolts ... 215 ± 40 N·m (160 ± 30 lb ft)
