Expansion Tank - Remove and Install
- Open the hood.

- Loosen clamp (1) and disconnect hose (3).
- Loosen clamps (2) and disconnect hoses (4).

- Remove bolts (7) and expansion tank (5).
- Install expansion tank (5) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of
30 ± 7 N·m (22 ± 5 lb ft) . - Tighten clamps (2) to a torque of
7.5 ± 1 N·m (66 ± 9 lb in) . - Tighten clamp (1) to a torque of
0.9 ± 0.2 N·m (8.0 ± 1.8 lb in) .
- Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of
