Engine Crankcase Breather - Clean

Usage:

PL83 DLW

  • Stop de motor. Open het rechter motorluik.

    (1) Klem
    (2) Ontluchter
    (3) Slangklemmen
    (4) Ontluchterbuisuitlaat

  • Maak slangklemmen (3) los van de uitlaatslang van de ontluchter (2). Schuif de slang uit de ontluchter.

  • Verwijder klem (1) van de flens van de ontluchter.

  • Hef de ontluchter omhoog om de assemblage te verwijderen.

  • Controleer de toestand van de dekselafdichting. Vervang de dekselafdichting als deze beschadigd is.

  • Was de ontluchter in een schoon, niet-ontvlambaar oplosmiddel.

  • Schud de ontluchter totdat deze droog is. U kunt de ontluchter ook met perslucht drogen.

  • Controleer de toestand van de slang. Verzeker u ervan dat de slang binnenin niet geblokkeerd is. Vervang de slang als hij beschadigd is.

  • Installeer ontluchter (2).

  • Breng de klem (1) aan.

  • Installeer de slang en de slangklemmen van de ontluchteruitlaat (3).

  • Open het linker radiateurgrilleluik. Onderzoek ontluchterbuisuitlaat (4). Verwijder alle rommel die de ontluchterbuisuitlaat verstopt.

  • Sluit het linker radiateurgrilleluik.

  • Sluit het rechter motorluik.
