Piston Cooling Jets
Usage:
Remove Piston Cooling Jets
preparatory step:
a) remove oil pump
1. Rotate the crankshaft clockwise (as viewed from front of engine) until connecting rods are clear of jet assembly to be removed.
2. Remove the retaining bolt and lock. Remove the piston cooling jet assembly (1).
Install Piston Cooling Jets
1. Position the jet assembly to the cylinder block and install retaining bolt and lock.

Never install a bent or damaged jet assembly. Damage to the engine may result. |
2. Tighten retaining bolt to 35±5 lb. ft. (4,8±0,7 mkg) and bend the lock.
concluding step:
a) install oil pump
